I'd give Endicott's a go. My last original bag from What Price Glory started disintegrating from dry rot within 48 hours of receiving it. But my two mint unissued bags (both a Mk VI and a Mk VII) from Endicott's were in perfect condition.

Check out this thread. Gee, turns out I've had this bag for over a year. Cool. I like that I can put a bottle of water in the pocket next to the one holding my DayTimer. And the two pockets on the back are great for things like writing instruments and my checkbook cover.

I have to agree with Michaelson and Bogie1943, I think the cut of Peter's trousers are fine. I'm 5' 10" with a 36" waist and 32" inseam and the trousers are perfectly proportioned for me. I think the problem is that the younger crowd are too used to the skimpier cut of modern fashions...
