Sure is, but its refreshing, now and again, to have a conversaton with someone with so many great stories to tell, and not just about Indygear. Btw, I recieved my holster from Lee within a few days and it exceeded my expectations. Highly rexcomended!

Just ordered a holster from Lee. After being in the midst of geardom since the indyfan.com days, this is the first time I've had occasion to talk to Lee. That Jacket reminds me a lot of my Wested that I got from Peter back in 1997. Same placement of straps, no leather facing on the collar, even the way the inside pocket and outside flaps are placed. Agent5 has seen my jacket a few years ago, kind of a Raiders / LC hybrid, before all the hard research...

Sorry, guys, but no matter what pic or screen I look at I still see black... The brown type are the exact shade of the Alden shoelaces, and match perfectly. Dale's comment demonstrates a great way to figure this out. Try to compare it with the dark brown of the gunbelt or in TOD the black bag strap....

Definitely tough. I've had mine soaked in some seroius downpours, and the inside as always stayed dry, no scotchgaurd or any sealant, it seems that the canvas tightens up after the first soak, much like a canvas tent would. They are pretty resilient.

Yeah, but they're just copies of the English pattern bag, essentially making them English in my eyes. Interesting to note that the Canadians used (I'm not sure about now) the Mk designation for gear as the British use.

I think its also interesting to note that the stuntmen playing Indy also wore black socks for their shots and I concur with Agent5, I've only noticed one pic of Indy wearing white socks. The pic agent5 metioned was of Indy relaxing in a lawn chair on the Tanis dig site in map room gear... sorry guys...
