Does Lee Keppler still make the ROTLA holster?

Yes, just spoke to Lee last week. He can have them made to order. He doesn't have a set price as his leather supplier stated leather costs went up, but he can get you a quote if you need one.

Calling is better than email. 619-647-6744.

Highly recommended too. His holster is a good one, and historically the first one offered in our hobby back in the 80's, patterned off the actual holster from the film.

Thank you for the phone number and the info. Those pictures look great Dalexs, I remember seeing one in person years ago and thinking that everything looked just right.

I have the Noel Howard version, and although great to have because of N.H., from the shape to the closure tab, it's not exactly right.

I have a holster from Lee on the way, he's a great guy to deal with. He's also helped put me on the right path for a Bapty & Stembridge, I'll post some pics when all is said and done.



It arrived a bit ago, pictured here on the right. On the left is a Todd's. The leather on the Keppler holster is more substantial and better for carrying an actual firearm (or weighted prop) IMO.

Just ordered a holster from Lee. After being in the midst of geardom since the indyfan.com days, this is the first time I've had occasion to talk to Lee. Great guy to talk to, with a wealth of knowledge to share, I have some reading I'm going to do as a result. Thanks again everyone.

Sure is, but its refreshing, now and again, to have a conversaton with someone with so many great stories to tell, and not just about Indygear. Btw, I recieved my holster from Lee within a few days and it exceeded my expectations. Highly rexcomended!

Does Lee make/sell Mk VII leather straps as well? I'm planning on ordering a holster and just wondering if I should add a bag strap.

I have one of his straps on a WPG bag and have had it on there for literally years! It has performed beautifully!
