Thanks for posting that info, Troy! Folks might even go into a local orthopedic shoe store and ask. It's likely they could order the Aldens, even if they don't stock them. That's how I got my first pair when I lived in Fot Wayne, Indiana. But this is a helpful list, especially for those who would rather get them in person, instead of waiting by the mailbox.

I got a similar list several years back and none of them carried the 405. They all carried the dress shoes, but not the boots. I hope that's changed.

Hasn't changed, but they can order them. Which is nice, for those who want to be fitted first. Illinois

Good news to know if I decide to purchase Aldens. Now at least I know there are local retailers. Thanks for the info.

I figured that if these guys don't have them in the store then, at least, they would be a good place to get fitted for them and order...wish the Alden website had a master list you could browse. Cheers,

What kind of master list are you looking for, a store list or a catalog of shoe styles? If the later, go here:

http://www.aldenshoe.com/

There are different offerings under the various menu items. You can also find stores which carry Aldens under the "stores" button.

Just for info, I bought my Aldens at Giesche shoes a few years back, and their prices and customer service were top notch... if I remember correctly, they sold them to me for $10 less than what they are advertised for on Alden's website. They also carry the full line of Alden dress shoes, should you find yourself needing a pair to go with your tweed "lecture" suit...
