Web Belt - Purchase online?
Hi All,
I am trying to locate a suitable Web Belt (Brown - ROTLA) with Brass Buckle online to ship down here to Australia?
I have searched all over the forum and web with no luck except for some online stores charging outrageous shipping costs.
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, many thanks chaps.
Regards,
Philby

Here's one. I don't know how their shipping is, just that they DO ship internationally, and they have the belts in both colors.

Where in Australia are you? (And how far is it from Melbourne?)

Oh, no, they DO have both the tan and brown. They are in my town, I've bought them there several times. Even just a couple weeks ago. They aren't listed on their site?
(looking)
How interesting. The picture shows 7 belts, but they only list 6 colors in the pulldown menu. Never noticed because I always just walk in the store.
If you want to know their international shipping rates anyway, send them an email, you can verify if they have the brown belt and what shipping for two belts would be to you. ( info@unionwarsurplus.com )
(And let us know if you find out either way.)
Thanks & good luck,
J

That's too bad. Out of curiousity, how much did they say it would be to ship two belts totalling $7-$8 (USD) from the US to Australia?
P.S. Have we said WELCOME TO COW yet? Well, we should...go post a 'hello from Australia' thread over in Lao Che's, and see if you can figure out who else is in your neck of the woods - that'll be your first line of networking on how to get gear in Australia.

That's a great price on the belts - for only a $1 more than the surplus stores, he also sizes them for you, and that extra is not much to ask for making sure he's got them for catering to the Indy crowd.
Throwing two in a basket and hitting 'international shipping', it added $15 for shipping. (Grand total, $25 US.) Is that the going rate for shipping internationally? At that point, I'd buy more than $10 worth of belts, to make it worth the price of shipping.

P.S. Good tip, Jeff, I forgot he carried the belts, too. Boy, is Todd quickly becoming the #1 supplier for gear, or does it just seem that way lately because he's been striving to offer both high-end and introductory-priced items?

The back of the gunbelt is natural...watch the making of Raiders .Can nayone tell me if the back of the gun belt is supposed to be dyed or is it left natural?
Look for a part where Harrison is putting on stomach padding (before being dragged along by the truck). As he puts on the gunbelt you get a clear view of the obverse side of the belt.
