i don't know if it would be useful here but testors had a sealant or clearcoat in spray cans to keep chalk 'aging' and 'smear' marks from rubbing off models at one time. regards, hanson.

you should probably leave it in its original condition because having it reblued will destroy the value just as it would on a real walther. but, if a magnet is attracted to strongly, it will most likely reblue. regards,hanson.

two great looking jackets G. how deep are the g&b pleats? my wested's are 2.25"and my prewested's are 1.25", both lamb, while my cow licensed ones are .75". the wested is a 48 and the prewested is 44 and the cowhide one is about the same. i think it was a med.regards hanson.

Hey Strider, a good shoe repair place should be able to do them and can probably schedule it for your convience. I once got a broken hook replaced in a mall shoe store while I waited. Also,polishing them will keep the frayed look down, and they will age again and last even longer.regards,hanson.
