My jacket is fantastic. I sent an email to Wested thanking them. I wonder what would cause a 4+ week delay for some though? Perhaps I'm wearing (right now!) a returned jacket from another customer, that just happened to have the same specs as I ordered? I don't know, but two weeks for a custom jack...
