For years I've used dark brown RIT dye and have to tell you that it really darkens the ribbon nicely and leaves no shine to the ribbon. Just my opinion.

I wish Todd's would adjust their size chart. It's really off. I normally wear a 46 and wound up sending an XL back because it's still short on the length and snug around the arms. I bet they get a lot of exchanges/ returns etc because of the sizing.

I always place it crown down no matter where I put it. This helps to prevent taper and has even created reverse taper on some of my lids.

Go with the 40R, unless you want to layer underneath. Cheers I'm not too sure you want to go with a size smaller than your normal size. I'm a size 46 and wear a G&B 46 and the fit is perfect. There's even room underneath for a sweater, sweatshirt etc. A size smaller may not allow you to do this...

I ordered the US Wings vintage cowhide on a Monday and it was at the post office that following Friday. Sarge also threw in his biography and a US Wings ball cap. Great costumer service and high quality products.

I has purchase one of those types a while back from a guy in Singapore . It was much smaller in scale than an actual MKVII bag and the material appears to be made of denim?. The strap was also pleather and way to short.

This jacket was once available through the Lucas Film Fan Club many moons ago.I purchased one of these way back in the day for around $325.00.It's heavy duty cow hide,weighs a ton and it still looks great.Not a bad deal for the price he is asking.
