Re: Wested Boots Sizing Help

How much breaking in is needed? I have a size 13 and I've been trying to break them in, but it just seems painful at times. What is the fine line of trying to break them in, and just throwing in the towel? I have a size 14 on the way which they just released, so I'll just probably just sell the 13s ...

Sarge just wrote back, and told me 2xl long. And measurements should be on the site. I had to write back saying there are no longs for this jacket. Btw I'm 6'4", 225 lbs. Edit: Sarge wrote back, I'm confused as I was only asking about striated lamb as I love the look of it. Guess I won't be pla...

Hedji, I hear you about wondering what size to get. It's not easy, especially for us tall guys. I've always measured to thumb knuckle. So I would suggest the 26.5 sleeves. You're 6'3" . Definitely go with 26" back then. You have to allow for the jacket coming in a little bit less than what you order. Also once the jacket gets broken in and crinkled up you lose a bit more. Well I already got it, did you see the pics? I had 26.5 in my Hero and it seemed a bit...

At 6'6, I'd go with the regular version if you are hoping for a more screen-accurate-ish look. A long would probably fit you how 4T2's jacket fits, if not longer, if that's what you're going for. Just a guess, but I doubt an XXL regular would be too short for someone your height, especially looking...
