My Todd's XL arrived last week. It's a size too big, so it hangs just like Warehouse scene from Crystal Skull. Mine came today. Very nice, well worth the wait. I am a true XL but after some of the posts here stating that they were running a bit tight, I changed mine to an XXL. The one thing I've learned is you don't need to work hard to make the crack. It's technique not muscle that gets results. You will see and hear that time after time if you watch the many tutorials that are available.

I can be darned if I can find a link to it, but I have a fedora stand that goes inside the hat to keep it's shape - it also is great for display. Sorry unable to give pix at the moment but, I'll bet someone will come up with it!

You can get a nice Gunbelt at Walmart as well. About $12 you just need to swap the buckles from a black belt as the one on the brown is a brass color. Looks great with my Webley holster and Molarom whips holder.

Well, there may have been some shrinkage depending how fast it dried. Secret is not to dry it too fast. Also, applying some Pecards may help relax it a bit. I would wear it for several hours to loosen it up then apply the Pecards this should help.
