hat storage without tapering

Post by LANDINGPARTY »

I m sure this has been discussed before so sorry to bring it up again, but whats the best way to store a hat and avoid taper? I know that you are supposed to keep it out of hot weather. Is there something that I could place inside that hat to protect it? thanks

I can be darned if I can find a link to it, but I have a fedora stand that goes inside the hat to keep it's shape - it also is great for display. Sorry unable to give pix at the moment but, I'll bet someone will come up with it!
