What is the best wayto artificially distress a Wested Goat? I know that you can do light distressing or really go heavy. But roughly, what are the procedures? Thanks.

I have a Wested Dark Goat. Love it. The one issue I have is that I like to put my hands in the pockets of the jacket on the side to keep my hands warm. Now the leather on the side of the pockets sags a bit and is a little lumpy looking. Anyone else have this problem? NAyway to deal with it?

It does not puff out a lot. When I have the jacket on, there is just some excess material in that particular area. There is no large bulge or anything, just little more material. I have broad shoulders but then I taper quite a bit to my waist. I am wondering if it is also because of the stiffness of...

How does the Wested fit in the chest? Does it tend to be generous or slimmer? I wear a 42 suit jacket. If I wanted to where the Wested with a light sweater, what would be good? I do not like pulling the jacket up and having it tight around the chest.

I know one gripe about the Wested was that the action pleats stayed open too much. Did anyone figure out how to fix it or request a modification on their Wested order to fix it? Thanks.

I thought about having my shoes refurbished by Alden but it was just too expensive. Instead I had them resoled with a black Vibram lug sole almost identical to the Jcrew Work Boots. Does anyone know if you can have your Aldens resoled with a sole that has teeth like those JCrew boots as opposed to the flat sole that it comes with?
