Re: Is anyone here in contact with Wade Egan?
Thanks for the comments everyone. I had bought pieces from Wade years ago and yeah it took time but he came through. I want to make clear again, as in my first post, that this questioning wasnt about trying to slander or be negative.. just a fact finding post to see if anyone knew his circumstances....

Wade had contacted me early/ mid last year regarding making a Raiders holster for me and he has been paid and the holster was stated to be ready to post later last year and just didn't seem to eventuate. The last contact I had with Wade was around new years so about 3 months ago. He has not responde...

What's the differenc ebetween Hero and legacy, just hardware and leather choice. The cut and fit of the jacket is the same. Thanks for clearing that up for me! The cowhide is strong without being stiff, so it gives a really nice practical Raiders look and feel. The wait times are long, but we're wo...

That's a horrible story on so many levels! I've had an HJ fedora stolen out of the back of a church of all places, so I know the feeling of senseless gear loss. Have you seen our White Label line? Hi guys, I skulk around the forum a couple of times per year and have a look but haven't been too active in the last 10 years. 4 kids later and a 6 day working week and hobbys become a thing that you had once. Hi guys, I don't get on the board to often these days.... work and family keep me busy. I'm looking to just finalise on a few pieces to bring my overall Indy gear to a point I'm satisfied. One thing is the Raiders holster. I advertised in the WTB for a Wade Egan as I always wanted one but at the tim...

I haven't seen these boots in person, but hooks snapping is VERY common. I've had that happen on pretty much every boot I own (including several high-priced boots)... except for Aldens. They must use some really well tempered metal! Now I don't own the TODDs boots to compare but the hooks on my Ald...

YES! It just became a costume in the end.... I have to disagree a little with this comment. Just because Indy may carry certain "gear" does not mean it is used all the time. While it would have be nice for KOTCS to be scripted showing Indy using more of his gear or the whip more often, at...

I'm hoping someone can answer this for me! After 4 years of use (wear them everywhere except work) my first run AB Aldens really need the heels replacing. geez sneakertinker, That's a great amount of information. I'm especial interested in the run down of what model shoes were worn when and by who in what film. I agree that some shots in Raiders the boots are definitely the lighter colour. There's the shot of the boots in the beginning of Raiders when Indy is stepping around the 'sensors' on the floor and the boots look quite darkish brown like the AB aldens, and they dont appear to be overly distressed. I...
