Re: Is Herbert Johnson the holy grail of indy fedoras now?
I am somewhat curious about the value of the HJ... I picked one up years and years ago from Magnoli - So it was a HJ fedora that was then sent off to Steve Delk who worked his magic on it. It has been sitting in a glass display cabinet all these years and I may let it go.. but the only one I have se...

Re: Found a supply of ORIGINAL german KOTCS rucksacks !
OK... disregard the last post.... found them on the site.. kinda makes sense now.. after looking at borntorun's pack (with the busted buckle) and the photo on the Montana surplus site it was clear why they have such a low price.. looks like they got a hold of a lot of simply beaten old damaged surpl...

Re: Found a supply of ORIGINAL german KOTCS rucksacks !
I just checked their website and the only european ruck they offer is an Austrian one @ $89.99.. If they do in fact have the original German Mtn Troop rucks at that price, then obviously they have a good deal... As a dealer he wasn't able to find original rucks at that kind of a price... Is the one ...

Found a supply of ORIGINAL german KOTCS rucksacks !
My father deals in military antiques and surplus as a hobby job in his retirement.. recently he came across a small lot of original german mtn troop rucks.. Great condition.. and the real deal.. He picked up 7 of them I believe... I advised him to register here and put them in the Cairo bazaar.. He ...

Re: A really close Close Enough™ shirt $30 Cdn
yeah.. these are just uniform shirts like we wear at the P.D.... (and while they are cheap... it stinks wearing them... they are just uncomfortable)... as for the name being similar to "5.11" gear... I'd say its totally unrelated... these are under the name 911 simply because they are obvi...

Re: WEBLEY WG HELP !!!!
I said the above with tongue in cheek... seriously, at your leisure.. and really at this point, as I have found some great reference photos, all I really need is one measurement from the tip of the barrel along the side of the pistol until the barrel meets the front edge of the cylinder.. ( in milli...

I was in my law school class last week.. wearing my US Wings Indy jacket.. and I carry a leather briefcase/satchel for all of my books, papers etc.. now mind you this satchel looks NOTHING like anything Indy ever carried.. and the guy next to me says.. " so.. yo got like this Indiana Jones thin...

otherwise after the draw, the holster collapses(which some really don't mind), it's not a huge issue, For me this is a huge issue... granted I am a police officer and my needs for on the job performance are different than a private citizen's CCW needs.. but still... I work in a narcotics unit so un...

Yup... it says large... its a good get that if these were taken from a crewmember that they simply wrote in pen on the gloves what size they were so that when crewmembers went to get workgloves they could see what size they were without having to try them on.. it does not look like the word is print...
