Most American police uniform shirts have concealed zippers like that. Provides for a neat appearance but would look weird if you wanted to look like Indy in the field.

Not gear, per se, but I have an idol displayed on a shelf in my entertainment center, kind of low-key. I have a Maltese falcon on the mantle in the living room. Hat usually live in hat boxes unless I'm wearing a particular one regularly, then it lives on the coat rack, next to my jackets.

Are you married to the ribbon on the Temple? If not you might look at the Stratoliner. I wasn’t sure if you wanted something that looked more Indy-ish or just a fedora. Edit- just re-read your post. I doubt the Strat would meet your needs unless you swapped out ribbons and don’t mind the bound edge....

I actually prefer your weathering to that on the actual prop. I always felt it looked fake, especially the straight vertical scrapes on the storm flap.
