I think the only difference is the leather. They had to distinguish it from the Vintage Cowhide Adventurer already available. I can check with Sarge and make sure. If you have a really old Signature Series there could be some differences in lining, pocket size, etc.

Can be a desirable trait. The Raiders jacket had uneven grain. Some folks getting custom jackets ask for it

Kangaroo Legend jacket, a year and a half later.

This has been my go to jacket for a year and a half now. Haven't really had any reason to wear any of my other Indy jackets much after this one arrived. This is what it looks like after a year and a half of almost daily wear. No abuse, just lots of mileage.

My first real Indy fedora was a Stetson 'Nostalgia'. I picked up a couple of them at the time and wore them for years. To my eyes, it looks like the only difference is that these ship with dimensional brims.

I think he's talking about how with flash those pics make it look a much lighter shade of brown than it actually is. In natural light, it is a dark brown.

The way it drapes and wrinkles up, it looks every bit as thin as lambskin. Can't wait to see what the Schott jackets look like!

Jacket arrived. \:D/ The lining is the better lining, in comparison to the 30th anniversery lambskin, and as anyone who has read any of my reviews in the past knows, I have NEVER been a fan of the slick linings in the USW jackets. I don't know of anything. I think it's part of the joy that comes with a new jacket; that new leather smell. It leaves when your jacket isn't new anymore.

I'm glad to see that Wings continues to offer Indy jackets in new leathers. Haven't seen nor heard of this one until now, so I wonder how it will differ from past offerings. All the Legend Cowhides have been "aged" leather, but each has been different in it's own way.
