I get the same thing on the right lapel (because I'm a woman) on both of my Wested jackets. Maybe it creases too easily because of the space between the zipper and the edge of the flap or maybe because I bend my neck to the right a lot.

You can always use an insert such as the WalkFit. From your post, it sounds like I need to get one myself before I get my Aldens. I'm a racewalker/speedwalker and I walk like a two-ton elephant so it's going to be even more painful for me.
