The First Keppler LC Gunbelt and Webley Holster

Post by JR »

I got the very first Last Crusade version of the gunbelt and Webley Holster made by Keppler today. When I first ordered it from Keppler in April, he said that I was the first person ever to ask him to make the LC version. He agreed to make the "ridiculously long" LC holster. And, judging by how big that holster is on little, petite me, I'm inclined to agree. It's ridiculously long, but with excellent craftsmanship. So, how come no one has asked Keppler to make LC versions of either the gunbelt or holster?

Looks good, maybe a bit lightly colored...

Will there be some pics with it on you?

A little Pecard will darken that up. I'll probably post a pic of me in full Indy gear at the premiere tomorrow night. I just need to find someone I can trust to take a snapshot of me with my $600+ pro digital camera.

Ok, here's the picture of me wearing the holster and gunbelt. The colors in this picture is more accurate than the first two pictures. I guess the lighting was too bright there. I didn't post the pictures of me in full gear at the premiere because I was too faraway from the camera and you couldn't see the gunbelt and holster too clearly.

Hey JR,

could show uss a closer look of the buckle? I need to see if it's more squareish like the LC buckle should be...

color looks really good on the belt itself.

Thanks
Holt

Contacting Keppler

His website does not list a phone number and I need a KotCS weapon belt. He must be swamped now, but I am finding that it is taking a while to reach him by e-mail.

Email is not his thing apparently. I tried a few weeks ago and never got a response. Somewhere on this forum there is phone number posted. Does he meet with people by chance? He's not that far from me and I wanted to fit a revolver to a holster before buying it if possible.
