that is the standard gunbelt. bests Holt Absolutely right, amigo! As I said, the quality is superb. Good, thick leather (that smells fantastic)...the bag strap has "shedded" a little as Chewbacca Jones said, but a bit of light sanding put that problem to bed. Thanks for the tip! 8) Steve

I ordered mt ROLA special before Xmas (42R on the shelf).

Ordered on Friday: Arrived Tuesday as I recall.

Can't ask for more than that.

Two weeks exactly later and BAM!

Box arrived this morning!

The quality of the product is superb and the bag strap even came with (thankfully) fitting instructions!

I bought a pair of ex-German Para Boots like these: http://www.surplusandoutdoors.com/ishop ... cr381.html from my local Army&Navy store.

They're VERY comfortable and hard wearing: I've had them 10+ years and they still look and feel great. A snip at £20 I thought!

Yo! Firstly, my apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere/before, but I'm intrigued to know (other than $60 AUS) what the difference is between the Federation and the Federation Deluxe. I think this is going to be the one for me and I'd be interested to hear a little more and would love to know...

washed mine for the first time today....40 degree (acrylic cycle) and it's come out fresh, clean and no hint of shrinkage etc...

I did leave it dry on an airer rather than tumble it (even gently).

Kinda "on topic", how accurate is the colouring of the Wested pants? I really can't tell from the pics on the website....

How do they feel on? Comfy or kinda stiff/military style?

Hey SR5150 when did you order your jacket? As for what I think of Wested I cannot really comment on the jacket yet since mine should be arriving soon I hope. I really did like the pants and the shirt, really does look about as SA as anyone could get. Unless your really picky and want to get a shirt...
