Firstly, my apologies if this has been discussed elsewhere/before, but I'm intrigued to know (other than $60 AUS) what the difference is between the Federation and the Federation Deluxe.
I think this is going to be the one for me and I'd be interested to hear a little more and would love to know how long shipping to the UK usually takes.

I'm not an expert, but I believe the only difference is a slightly higher grade of felt is used, and the color is slightly different. Lighter I think. Besides that, the specs are supposedly identical. I'm sure someone else here can say from experience what the differences are.
I'm thinking of buying one myself pretty soon here. I've never really had a good hat before. The Federation does seem like the best hat for the price. I'd wait about a week or so before buying, though. Ron at HatsDirect is modifying the Federations, and they'll possibly be more screen accurate. They're supposed to be available before the movie comes out.
