I feel the shorter yoke in the Raiders jacket probably contributes to the correct functionality of the action pleats (due to the way they sit on the shoulders), but that's just me.

Got patches like that on my Wested lamb, on the right sleeve, left pocket and left side panel. They feel fragile but after a year they seem to have held up just fine.

I ordered my year-old Wested in a standard off-the-rack size and it took their standard 21+ working days to get it. I think if they don't have your size on the rack at the time you order, you get put into the regular line up for production.

I've put my Todd's shirt through the normal wash and drying cycle now three or four times now and the shrinkage has been minimal. It got a bit snugger after the first wash, but I think that only adds to the fit. Heck, I wish all of my dress shirts were cut like this... I really hate that blousy look.

They're all made out of the same Imperial or Heritage felt (which Akubra makes in its own factories, rather than outsourcing), so I'd say they're exactly the same quality. The only difference might be the amount of stiffener used in them, but that always varies anyway.
