I have the XL - I'm a 41-42 chest with a 17" collar and 5'10" tall. I also take a size large in shirts normally. The Noel Howard shirt is definately a fitted cut. The collar is tight but doable but the rest of the shirt fits amazingly well - I knew as soon as I put it on it was 'the one'.

So this is bothering me. I got a great new hat this week and while it seems to fit beautifully, both my ear tips just touch the leather of the sweatband.
