Very interesting. Thanks for posting this. Other than the skimpy hat, the sketch looks more like the Harry Steele rig from "Secret of the Incas" than Indy. The jacket sure looks like an A-2 or modified A-2. The pants and boots are worn just like Heston's in Secret.

Yates Menswear (yatesmenswear.com.au) has Bushman featherweights in stock for $83 USD. They don't show a picture on their stocklist). I believe the colours they have are Deep Fawn and Grey. Greg Grant Saddlery used to have them, but they temporarily have gone off online.

BILTMORE Hats started in Canada. Prior to the early '20s, they were named FRIED. The hat in your picture could have been made by Biltmore.

"Duck" tape was the original name. As Indiana Jess correctly notes, it was first used widely during the war. Only later was it used for "duct work." There is still a brand with the "Duck" name.

As far as sewing, every good sailor knows how to sew.
