When you send a jacket back to Wested to be altered/remade, what is the usual turnaround time?
Are you added to the front of the list, or will it be another 3 week wait?

Peter has told me jackets sent back for alterations go to the top of the list, becuase they dont want them hanging around to get mixed up with other jackets. So figure the time it takes to travel there, it will be 2 weeks or so at Wested, and then travel time back to you.
Remember to write on the customs form, "jacket being returned for repair/alteration" or something like that. If you dont, Peter might refuse it!!
Good luck

Well, I thought that is what the email said.
I had emailed Wested asking if they had had a chance to look over the comments/pictures I sent. I got an email from Gerry saying that Peter had seen the pictures, but that Peter was away for the week so he couldn't get any more info.
I'll have to re-read the email when I get home.
