Save your $ until you can afford something worth having. Wasting $20 on a cheap Mexican whip and then complaining about it is foolish. If you buy a proper whip you will be able to crack it every day and it will last for years. What did you think you were getting for $20? Sorry to sound like a respon...

Sounds like you had a nice snap going there. IMO a good whipcrack does sould like a .22.

I would take the cop's advice and lay low for a little while before starting to crack again. But that is just me.

It is not just whips, the American $ is being BASHED on all fronts. Four years ago I bought a 100 euro note for $93 US. Today the 100 euro note is worth $156 US!!!!!! Time to start looking at US made crackers unless the foreign orders have already made the waiting lists for US whips too long....... ...

It is a beauty IF and I love to hear that it cracks as well is it looks. IMO the first two criteria are how it cracks, how long it lasts and how it looks.

The NY Post has a Reuters photo of Depp in Tokyo wearing a very light gray colored lid, is that it Fedora? Depp has that Pirates look goin again. IMO he better be careful at customs, the Japanese are very strict and he looks like a prime candidate for a bust.

Cracking is where it's at Taz. Wearing a bull whip on your belt is like having a sports car in the garage. I recommend you get yourself a nice roo skin 8 footer and go to work. You will be snapping in no time.

Congratulations BJ, IMO a David Morgan bullwhip is as good as it gets. Often imitated or copied it is a part of whip making and Indy history you can use everyday for 10 + years knowing that’s what it was made for.

I have 3 Morgans, I agree there are several makers who produce very high quality whips for significantly less money than Mr. Morgan charges. While the whip shows very little use, its providence is without question. How many whips come with a note from Harry Ford himself attesting to its pedigree?
