That does help! Thanks for sharing. I've seen this photo, but never token note of this detail before.

What I've settled on doing is getting the pants hemmed so that there's no break when the pants are up at my waist, but if they slide down to my hips then the break appears on its own.

Magnoli has Indy boots in standard sizes, and I'd recommend those. They're pretty comfortable, especially compared to the Pacer boots. The leather is much thinner, and the dye rubs off easily (great for distressing! not great for sneaking Indy gear into a nice outfit - hence why I got the Pacer's as...

To be honest, the top ones are decent. It has the 3 lines and side split. but the leather looks suede and they are too long. They kinda remind me of womens gloves. and the bottom one is way off. Sure thing! First off - the waist has some stretch to it, so that give you some flexibility on sizing off the bat. The top of the waistband is at 15.5" and the bottom of the waistband (the bottom of the belt line) is about 16.5". With stretch, the whole waistband expands to about 17.5"...
