Seriously, apart from how dirty it is, even to my experienced artist's eye it changes marginally. I think we make too much of the differences from scene to scene sometimes. But if pushed, I'd say the idol grab because it's the first
clear look we get at the hat that became an icon.
Or is that the hat that became an attribute OF an icon - if we stick with the artists' vocabulary? - Icons of St Peter always have crossed key, St Catherine - a cart wheel, St Indiana - the fedora and bullwhip!
Also, it's interesting that most people say Streets of Cairo is THE look, then they worry about their own Fedora having a slight taper.
