I just got my first Indy jacket the other day...a Todd's standard. I figure I will be wearing it daily throughout October/November. Its the perfect jacket for cool days. When it gets too cold, I'll change over to one of my other (heavier) leather jackets.

Picked up a pair at Walmart last night. Now I need to remove the grips. Any ideas on the best way to do this? I am especially concerned on where the grips meet the seam on the side of the gloves?

I'm new to this and still don't have a Wested Jacket or HJ fedora. So my favorite piece of gear right now is my original Mark VII bag. I picked it up off of ebay and it is near perfect...no rot, no smells, all internal compartments...heck it even has the tie off strings. Definetly worth the money.
