I've used Dylon dye with good results... I have a repro bag and an original MkVII. OK, I've checked my measurements again. This time, I made sure the jacket was properly zipped and flattened completely before measuring. I can't imagine that these new jackets would run almost 3 inches smaller total around the chest than what they normally have. Thats quite a lack of quality control if it is. This jacket seems very well made, so I wouldn't put it down to slipping quality control. I'm sure it's that I'm not measuring...
