In the interest of full disclosure my purple fedora is a costume store pimp hat. (With the flower clip added.) =P

But I mean... it's purple! I couldn't say no... Image

Haha thanks again for all the comments. =) I couldn't agree more. The floppy rabbit felt, coupled with Steve's flawless attention to detail make this a must have hat for any fan of the hat in Raiders of the Lost Ark. There's just something about it that screams Raiders , and Mercat...yours is awesom...

Oh yea I felt just like you! You feel that it looks really weird and tall on your head, just give it a couple days and it will look totally normal! Edit: Oh and sorta off topic, Tron what style is your fedora? Have to agree! I did the same thing after getting my HJ. I think what it was is that I wa...

None in particular. Raiders has always been my favorite movie of the three (soon to be four... we're so close!), but I hadn't been keeping up with the hat section here for years, and I felt like I didn't really know enough to make an accurate decision. I just threw luck to the winds... From what I c...

I ordered mine... mid-February? I think... and was quoted 3-4 months. It was delivered late April/very early May. I'll check those dates for you if you'd like. I remember not expecting it until June, though. =) (I budgeted for the 4-month mark, figuring all the hatmakers are having a bit of a busy s...

No, just because I've found most people aren't as respectful of other's property as they are their own, and in person I've met maybe one person who would understand why I just spent my iPod savings on "a hat". ;) Just so you know, I'd probably let you all wear it though! Just promise me yo...

 Wow, I'm impressed. It's unusual (and wonderful) to find a woman with a real passion for hats in such variety. It's very clear you're in it for the fun. I say, have fun every day! That black bowler should cover most situations that the rest of your collection doesn't. Haha, thanks! I think I...

my new Magnoli HJ! =)

Well after eight or so years with a DP, I made the jump and bought a Magnoli HJ. I thought it wouldn't come until June, but while I was away at school my mom texted me that the box had arrived! I just got home last weekend and was very excited. The top had popped in just a tad (I think it got bumped...

I like to wear mine when I am in the mood for fun, usually some sort of dressing up. I don't wear my fedora too much (that might change with my new one, though), but I have plenty of other hats to make up for it! Sometimes I wear them just for costuming, other times for utility. A rough estimate for...

I wonder how he coped wearing the new heavier jacket in Hawaii? Perhaps being in the shade (relatively speaking) it wasn't so bad… I can tell you right now that leather jackets in Hawaii are not a good idea. D= I can't even stand wearing pants right now it's so hot! The first week I was here (winte...

Aw, it's a shame. I wonder if they sent you the right thing? I am pretty sure that years ago I bought from Mad Dogs, and the one I got was much better looking than that. =/

I'm going to say yes, but I think it's more of in line with Indy's character rather than "Indy for the heck of it" (which is what everyone else seems to be saying, as well). Um, if that makes sense. =P I have always been a hat person, I'm pretty sure I got it from my mom. She wears hats al...

Just to put my two cents in, I got mine beck in seventh grade because it was the best I could find for $100. It works well as a costume hat, and it's pretty nice, though the brim does tend to take up any bend if it's sitting in an awkward place. 8 years down the road and I'm a much more serious cost...
