I always thought the HJ DoD looked really light in the movie and stills.

Easiest way though is to compare the color of the felt in photos of the stock models on HJ's website, since I would assume they use the same (or similar) lighting and angles.

Agreed! It looks fantastic, especially for an older DP! Personally, I think the only change it could use is an upwards curl in the back as that's the look I most associate with Indy. Easiest thing to do would be to try on a standard shape and compare what you think of the fit. Even if a standard looks better, if it doesn't fit comfortably, you probably won't like wearing it. If you live near a hat shop, that would be a great place to start, otherwise just order a couple lids off...
