It was actually pretty new hat. I wanted to have the ribbon replaced and I figured if I'm going to ship it off I might as well have it reblocked while I was at it.

I got the brim sorted out but decided to send it to Fedora to have it overhauled. I figured it could only look better with the more SA block.

Why does it look like the distances from the back of HF's ear to the back of the hat in the raven bar and the temple are different? Is it because of the screen grab or could these two be different sizes?

I was really impressed with the regular fed that I bought a while back, so I decided to invest in a Deluxe model. I think the bash turned out alright, but the brim is being troublesome. You would be in luck if you did. I'm currently on the market for a new felt dunce cap. My last one was really too nice for daily wear.

There were 3 pictures on the auction page; Two that showed the good side of the hat and the other was a shot of the sweatband. I didnt expect a pristine hat, but i did expect a hat that I could wear.

Well, i knew not to expect a hat in perfect condition, but i didnt expect it to be totally destroyed. It must have taken the seller a good number of pictures to find the one that was even the least bit flattering.

The HJ that I won on ebay arrived yesterday. The one I was kind of excited about. I could not believe my eyes when i looked at it. It was destroyed. The seller told me that it was purchased from an antique shop in 1992. So if he was right the hat has to be at least 14 years old. The only thing i can make out on the sweatband is the herbert johnson name, and the word "street" and "london"

I recently bought a 10ft Indy Style whip from WSP. I forgot to ask for a Joe Strain when i ordered, and instead, got a Russell Schultz 10 footer. Can anyone tell me the differences between the two, and perhaps a little about the quality of a Russell Schultz whip?
