New Federation Regular

Hey guys,

I got my regular fed in the mail yesterday and took my first crack at bashing a hat. I put it side by side with my HJ to do a comparison. I would appreciate any suggestions. Oh, and it took my hat 4 days to get to me.

I think it has a very well of souls look on your noggin! Also, I think you can get some of that taper out by not making the center dent so deep. Awesome lid.

I actually worked on part 2 for a little while today. I basically got it really dirty and started to try and make the felt a little more pliable all the way around. Thanks again Tone for the brim advice. Here are some pictures of my day old Akubra.
