That's great! I wish I had a big open space like that nearby. I bet it echoes wonderfully. The space I used to use is not so great anymore as Florida becomes infeste....I mean filled with snowbirds this time of year Everywhere I go there's people saying "what's that! What are you doing?"
Actually the northerners are great for the economy which is so important.

Thanks, IndianaJustin! Well, I am also short on places where I can crack my whip in peace, without disturbing anyone... I have a forrest on the outskirts of my town, but there are cyclists, joggers and dog-walkers there... Not ideal.
This nice place was not exactly handy... Around a 70 km drive and 25 minute hike.
But I usually have a whip with me wherever I go, just in the hopes I will find a place where I can crack it!
It's one that I did not realize the leather was beige and not natural colour until I finished the overlay. Now I am using it as much as possible to at least test the limits of my whips.
