Beautiful piece of gear, Bruce. =P~

I'm a huge fan of the USMC fighting knife. It just oozes history.

The fact that they're still being made by two government contractors (Ontario and Ka-Bar) and carried in combat 70 years after their inception is a testament to the love affair with this knife. So much so that the military developed a standard-issue MOLLE adapter for the traditional leather sheath.

Nice knife. Inspired by the 'Give Indy a Knife' thread I picked up a Ka-Bar a while back. First time I pulled it out of my bag, my buddies said, "We're here to go fishing, not hunt bears!"

Nice, Chris. May have to put this on my list. Best price I found was $178.56 shipped on Amazon:

I do love the nostalgia of a nice blade or tomahawk.

I need to pick up a Molle adapter since my backpack that I use at work has molle webbing.
