According to sarge they will be "100% accurate" :TOH: I'm still loving the way the gap makes my jacket, for lack of a better word, behave :whip: .

It is my understanding that Sarge, Neil Cooper, and a team of individuals are working very hard on the details to be able to replicate each of the movie jackets in their subtle "screen accurate" pattern (which is, actually, a misnomer in this case, Han) differences....they will replicate the differences that they can without compromising the quality and/or functionality of the jacket.

So...the best I can offer is...we'll see!

you all just have to wait and see.

Like my goodfriend Dawg says, people are working very hard on this.

I think I should have the new prototypes in about a month.

Here is a shot of my Indy New Zealand 30m out of the box. I'm so glad my UPS guy left it at my door, wouldve stunk to have to wait another day. It is amazing how light this jacket is, and easily the softest leather I have ever owned. OH I wish it wasn't 102 in NYC right now! The tone of the leather has amazing color washes- vibrant and warm. Amazing.

Again, as I stated in Indydawg's review-and a glowing review, at that-I think these are some really great looking jackets! I'm on the wire about this version or the cowhide, though. I'll be watching things as they develop. Just as a recent newcomer, I have to say that I think these jackets are just about the best thing going! Kudos to you, Sarge, for going through the efforts you are surely going through to make these quality jackets available and affordable for nearly any fan's budget!

Received my U.S. Wings New Zealand Lightweight Antique Lambskin jacket late this afternoon. Needless to say, all previous reviews of those who have the jacket in their possession was on point.

Easily and, almost instantly, this jacket has become one of my favorite "Indiana Jones" style jackets. (My old Disney/Cooper jackets are still my favorites due to sentimental and nostalgic reasons).

There is nothing for me to write about this jacket that has not already been stated already.

I would post pictures of myself wearing the jacket but, considering the standard that COW member and moderator "IndyDawg" and COW member "Scot2525" have set concerning pictures of someone wearing the jacket.....I will just leave it at that.

Sarge.... :notworthy:  :TOH: Thank you and U.S. Wings for another great product.

I've got it! Man alive, UPS doesn't give you much of a window for pick up! No kidding, I had a 15 minute opportunity to catch it at the airport after a failed delivery attempt or I would have to wait until Monday.

I'm wearing it now, but the light is gone so I don't have any pics to share at the moment. I may have some indoor shots to put up later tonight if the kids give me a chance. This jacket deserves all the effort necessary to take proper pictures!

Bad timing for me..... I'm out of town on a week long vacation and UPS already attempted 2 failed deliveries and the 3rd time will fail also, which means it's going back to US Wings. :(

Am I going to have to pay for shipping again for US Wings to re-ship once they get it back?

Just got mine tonight, and I must say that I absolutely love it, but it isn't quite what I was expecting...even after the reviews and pics I've seen on here. First, it is very light-which I expected-yet very sturdy as many have mentioned. Much like when I first took my Todd's out of the box...amazed at how light it felt. Yet, I know by the leather and the construction that it will last for a very long time. (Off the subject, but why doesn't Wings use the x box type stitching on the bi-wing straps?)

The next thing that got me was how amazingly supple and soft the leather is. This jacket feels broke in already it is so soft...I mean ridiculously soft. I wish I slept on sheets of this type of leather.

Then I put it on and the fit is perfect. It just sort of fell perfectly in place the first time I slipped it on...I've never had a jacket do that...ever. It was as though the jacket had been molded to my body beforehand. Amazing fit.

The thing that struck me unexpectedly was the color. I've had several Indy jackets (G&B, Wested, Todd's, other Wings), and none have ever had a color like this. I am surprised by how much red there is in the undertones. There are pretty dramatic differences in the various shades from place to place on the jacket. Even on the inside leather facings, there are a few spots that are light, light tan...a huge contrast to the rest of the jacket. In my stark office lighting, some areas almost appeared pinkish. Now, I haven't been outside under natural lighting yet (it was 103f today), so I'm sure it looks different out there than under the harsh fake glow of my fluorescent lights. I'm not saying I don't like the color...it was just a bit surprising.

All in all, I am very, very pleased with this jacket, and it's perfect for where I live. Thanks again, Sarge for another amazing offering for us!

Dang, too bad I wasn't in town...it would've been nice to meet you. We could go to Atomic Ale for the best potato soup around.

Unfortunately, it is so stinkin' hot here, I can't wear a jacket. But, in a few days I'm taking 24 high schoolers to Seaside, OR for a week. Knowing the cool mornings and nights (and sometimes all day), I should be able to wear this jacket a good deal.

So, here are some pics of my jacket. The pic of the storm flap shows the really light 'streak'. There is a bit more of that streak on the inside facings. You can see how the color looks indoors, with flash, without flash, outside....you get the idea. You can also see just how varied the shades are on this jacket.

It is a great jacket and your pictures once more show the chameleon like quality of this jackets leather. The one thing pictures of this jacket will never be able to demonstrate is how smooth the leather is.

And yeah...this leather is just TOO soft....someone earlier said something about sleeping on sheets made of this stuff...might be expensive, but...it would be awesome!!!

Nice pictures, Vaderbreath. The color reminds me of the Cordovan color Aero offers. The jacket looks great on you, by the way.

All y'all up in the Northwest are actually getting hotter weather than down here in Texas! Makes up for last year, I guess, when we had 60 straight days of 100 degrees, give or take.

Thanks all. The color is really something that has to be seen in person to appreciate...as well as the softness. My little just-turned 7 year old even said, "Dad, I didn't know leather could feel like this!" By the way, he took that last pic so if the jacket appears kind of short it's just because he was looking up from a little guy's perspective. :D

Looks great, Weston. These jackets have the most amazing drape right out of the box. How do you like it compared to the antique cow? To me, they are just two completely different animals (pardon the pun).

Man, to me that's like comparing a Ferrari to a Jeep Wrangler! Both very fine, but suited for different circumstances. I will likely get the most use out of the antique cow; I just don't see myself tossing the lamb on the seat of my work truck everyday. The lamb will be for nights out on the town, vacations at the coast, and so on.

My pictures are going to be delayed. I'm in love with the jacket, but I found a small flaw - right on the chest in plain view. Photos with a flash really make it pop out. :( The Sarge is taking care of me, though. So, no worries. I can't wear it in this 90 degree heat, anyway.

The flaw aside, it's a remarkable jacket. I keep wanting to pet it.

I couldn't agree more with Weston, the Cow jacket will be my daily wear jacket when the the time comes for that.

The NZ lamb jacket is for "special occasions." The NZ lamb could take the abuse of daily wear, or anything Indy could put it through for that matter, but the leather is too #### special for that. Truly a "one of a kind."

Sarge I also would like to thank you for the generosity you have shown to me and all members of this forum. The new jackets are amazing and many of us are looking forward to the jackets US Wings/ Neil Cooper will soon be offering. THANK YOU

I will likely get the most use out of the antique cow; I just don't see myself tossing the lamb on the seat of my work truck everyday. The lamb will be for nights out on the town, vacations at the coast, and so on.

THANK YOU

These jackets look really great. I'm thinking of ordering one, but worried about the sizing. Any of you guys where a size 48, and if so, which size worked out for you in USW sizing?
