It looks like old (90s) Morgan to me. But I can't say if it's LC whip.

Looks like a whip made by David Morgan, of the right vintage, to me.

No doubt it's a DM, but it's not dark enough to have been from LC and the handle is too thin. The butt knot is also too thin.

Yes, it does look like a late 80's Morgan. I'd say it's authentic since Planet Hollywood is probably a stone's-throw away from Elstree. It's a good bet that the prop department kept a few choice items when filming wrapped, which PH likely acquired for their display with relative ease.

Ya from RAIDERS. Every movie after Raiders had darker whips due to age.
