My New US Wings Brown Goatskin Indy Jacket

Now all that's left is to wear the #### out of it. I say that as a joke, but it's really the truth. A jacket like that really needs to be worn hard before it reaches its “sweet spot”. Fortunately when it does eventually reach the space of “second skin”, the Wings construction will mean that the jacket will not fall apart.
True, but I find the weak area is the satin lining in ALL coats that have it. Just about the time you get the jacket looking right, the liner needs to be replaced, generally at about $100. The heavy cotton liner in my A2 looks like it will outlast me, while the satin liner in my Wested already needs repair after only light use.Rundquist wrote:Now all that's left is to wear the #### out of it. This particular USW is probably the best-looking one I've seen. Much better than the 'blue label' I recently tried. The collar in particular doesn't look as big and thick, and the leather/color is definitely worth the extra money.
