Holt, can you say what tweak was made to the back panel?

Survey says: 24 inch back length! Be sure to request shorter straps. I don't know what Wested is thinking with those super long straps. My Kelso has 7.5" straps and my Nowak Raiders has 6.5" straps. I'd hit that length in the middle and go 7". Anyone else have an opinion on this? yep...

I think one inch is a negligible difference. I'd use a measuring tape against the questioned spots of this jacket to make sure how much of a difference you really want. In regards to the sleeves, maybe others with worn-in lambskin jackets can say for sure but you might lose a bit of sleeve length on...

Yes, a bit too long is better than a bit too short, IMO.

there are alot of threads about the raiders length. too many if you ask me! the original raiders jacket Tony Nowak had in his shop was at 23.5'' backlength and Ford is about 6'1 - 6'2. so....it's not a long jacket.
