Re: Coyle's "Outdoorsman's" Boots

:o I have a pair of Todds boots and they are great! I have to disagree with anyone that says Todds stuff is not tough! Anyone who does says that, musn't own his gear and assumes the word costume means "not tough"! I have Todds jacket also and I've put it through some serious abuse. Quite f...

Relic Raider not SA

:| Relic Raiders repro is very nice and a practicle durable style being resin but its not SA! The LC SA lighter had more of a flat baked enamel painted look to it, not raised or glossy. The Zippo that sells for 39.95 isn't SA either, Elsa's lighter in LC had a more cream colored two sided clover des...

Elsas Reel art lighter

;-) I have an older (two sided) reel art version of Elsas lighter. I compared it to actual film prop photo in the book From Star Wars to Indiana Jones: The Best of the Lucasfilm Archives: Mark Cotta, Shinji Hata: and reelarts is almost dead on!! Unfortanately I think they are now doing them one side...

Its an Adventure Jacket !!

I've owned a US Wings and the stitching in the pockets and all over the lining came undone. Finally I sold it and now I own The Coyles standard and his jacket is seriously well made!!! I need to laugh about being worried with an imperfection in the leather! Come on its an ADVENTURE JACKET!!! I...

:|

We all know for a fact the Raiders Jackets Ford wore were all made of Lamb and all the other films used cowhide.. Todd Coyles jacket to me is the most accurate Lost ark style jacket! :whip:

US Authentics

 I've owned Eastman and US Authentics A-2 but for the money go US Authentics. As far as details and accurate spec for the money, I know they also have made improvements on more accurate details and the wool around the cuffs and waist are now heavier on the recently make. As far as eastman they ...

Raider Spec

:| Todds sizing is not weird its just copied and sized as Fords Jacket was cut in Raiders (1930's fitting). Some IJ Raiders gear nuts like me want that exact Lost Ark look! Yah if you are a 42L and not a standard size as in Todds standard then if you buy a standard you'd have to get a goofy size tha...

Todds SA Raiders Jacket is 1940's accurate!

:| I own the Todds jacket and I normaly wear a size medium in Jackets or size 42 regular. The Todds size Large fits me good but like a suit jacket. The Raiders jacket is if you want screen accurate, should fit like that. The jackets in the 1930's and 40's did fit more tailored. So its tailored that ...

I have to disagree with that comment! :x That would be like saying you can't shoot yourself with an expensive gun only a cheap one. An since when has 199.00 become cheap, affordable "yes", cheap "no!" I've heard talented musicians make a cheap guitar sound like an expensive one a...

High quality Authentic gear

:whip: I'm new to the forum but not to Indiana Jones and WWII gear. I'm an avid collector of not only Indy gear but WWII origianal and reproduction items. Todds Costumes puts out some high quality real life heavy clothing, Raiders Jacket, shirt, gloves and Boots. Don't let the word costiume fool you...
