well I have an A2 horsehide and it has lightened up significantly just by wearing often and in the sun.

in my humble opinion i think that they MIGHT be ok if you break them in for quite a while gradually before bringing them with you to africa. if you like the style of indy boots but don't like the high ankle on them then you guys should check these out. entirely screen accurate... as long as you keep your pants long.

i was under the impression that the only cordovan they wouldn't ship was cigar due to it's rarity.. perhaps everything is getting more rare.
