Seriously though, might try Rit dye, but be careful, as the combinations of dye and colored canvas may produce a different color than just the dye.

Any chance for a modified "Adventure Satchel"?
I know Magnoli makes a version of that famous bag...but would a "messenger bag" version be cool – big enough to hold spirals, notebooks etc? Just curious if anyone else had this idea.

Pecards Frustration.
Well, I found two products on their website that I need. Total: $6.25. Shipping? $6.35! Gimme a break! Someone TELL me there is a chain or something that carries this in a brick and mortar. I can't pay more in shipping than I do on a product, my heart can't take it. Any help?

Quick Question on Pecards
1. Are there retail stores that carry it?
2. I have a lambskin Eddie Bauer jacket that is brown, and is losing some coloring on the zipper leather area, plus some scratches. Which product would take care of that best, and would it work well with my antiqued Cow Indy Jacket?
Thanks Indyfans

I guess my original purpose behind the request is so that the correct grips would be easily available and yet not detract from the available supply. I mean, mine are going on an Airsoft gun. Part of me would like to think that grips that old wouldn't wind up being shelf warmers on some fake gun some...

Anyone offering resin castings of the pre-war S&W Grips?
Just occurred to me, instead of paying outlandish prices for these, anyone willing to cast some up? I've got an airsoft I need these on. Anyone?

What happened to the UHC Airsoft Indy Gun Replica?
Several months ago (6?) someone scanned a pic which showed an EXACT Indy revolver by Unicorn Hobby Corporation, down to the lanyard ring and grips. I KNOW this thing was intended for production...anyone know if it is available in the US yet? I recall it was available from ONE store in the Czech Repu...

Need a CHEAP Belthanger Whip for Halloween, and NOT use.
I've coined the name "Belthanger" for a whip that's useless. I need a whip for Halloween for my Indy costume that looks nice on the belt. Any ideas for something that may look halfway close? I'll be hitting up the halloween shops soon, but thought you guys may know of one...

Pics of Wested's A-2?
Hi all!
Circumstances have forced me to sell my A-2 jacket recently. For future consideration, anyone have a real closeup pic of Peter's A-2? Can be Memphis Belle or Aliens version. The website is nice, but doesn't show the genuine article too well...

A New Jacket: That "Touch of Magic" of the Movies
Hi there! Just got my first Wested...never thought I'd say that! First off: no pics yet, my shirt isn't finished and I have no Indy pants. Now to the point: As some of you know, I am in seminary and money is a bit tight. A Wested, while being well priced as a custom jacket, is out of my range. One d...

Ok- I've got to know, I've suspected for a long time: Is Indy Magnoli a millionaire playboy, who has vast material resources and connections in industry? It's as if cool Indy props exist, and with a wave of his majestic hand, BAM! props appear for sale! And fantastic quality! Is this your main busin...

To be totally honest, your best bet is to snag other gearheads cast offs. I bought one members WPG bag with TAG strap for 48 shipped. Considering thats a 40 dollar bag with a 20 dollar strap, without two shipping payments, I got a heck of a deal. I see stuff like this all the time in the classifieds.

How was the Lucky Lighter prop made?
OK, let's put screen used prop stuff out of the picture. Heres the deal-I want to make a lucky lighter prop. How do you think the original was made? Could I just take a zippo, paint the sides white, and then paint the clover, and put clear nail polish, etc. over it? I know of Relic raider's badges w...

The pics can be seen around-sorry I don't have a direct link. I do have some advice though- When you distress it, when mixing the bleach and cleaning powder, it will release ammonia (I think), which will kill you if you sit around breathing it. Just do it outside, and wait for the chemical reaction ...

There's that small pocket on top of the flat pockets. Very small...what was the original purpose of it, and what do you guys put in it? I tried a ZipLight, but it pops out too easily. Anyone?

Stetson Factory Outlet Store in St. Joseph's Visit?
Hi all! I've recently moved to the KC area, and saw on Indygear.com the cheap fedoras available at the Stetson Factory Outlet Store. Has anyone been lately? And is the Stetson Nostalgia still available? I'd like one in brown and one in gray...it's an hour away though, and gas being what it is wanted...

Distressing the "Book of Hours" Picture Frame?
Hi all.
I just bought materials to recreate the frame that holds the picture from the Book of Hours in Dr. Jones Sr.'s study. Any tips for weathering the wood to make it look old and beat up like in the movie? My first plan was to stain it, but from there I'm clueless.
