I do remeber seeing a pic of one of the French jackets and it did have the small pockets... I did get a Wested goat TOD (now that COW is back up I will post some pics), and it's a very nice jacket, as you would expect from Wested. Yet, to me it looks just like a raider's, since the measurements for ...

I went to Wested on January 6th, placed my order.
The Jacket was mailed out January 28th, I held it in my hand February 1st.
So total time including shipping 26 days (thankfully, it doesn't take all that long to ship something from the UK to Germany).

Nothing constructive...
I'd just consider it a mark of character. After a while, once the jacket will get a more worn look, it will add to the look of a lived in jacket...

Sorry I couldn't help much with getting the crease out...

It has arrived!

Hi guys and gals, today, when I got home from university, IT was waiting for me.... finally! My first impression was: How could they fit an entire jacket into such a small package.... but then I opened it... The parcel was correctly marked as a Temple of Doom jacket... and there it was! The smell of...

Yeah, you'll have a blast! Everybody at Wested is really nice!
They have great service and make you feel right at home, even me - although I was probably the most disorganized German they have ever seen :)
Wested alone is probably worth the trip ;)

When you get to Swanley station, go up the stairs and take a right. That exit will get you to a parking lot. There's a taxi cab service... just ask them to take you to the Wested Leather Co.. It's a quick ride, and it'll cost you about 6 Pounds. BTW.: If you go there from Victoria Station by train, ...

Actually, I find this waiting period quite exhilarating... staying here at Club Obi-Wan and reading through all the jacket postings gives me the warm and fuzzy feeling of having made the right choice... That very soon I will have one great jacket makes me feel giddy as a school boy, if I may say so....

Jerry gave me an ETA of about three weeks (another week to go), if it doesn't arrive by the fourth week, I was told to give them a call.

OK, I am off for the weekend,...

I'm sure Peter knows what he's doing, but do I know that he's doing what he know's he's doing?
I'm sure he'll make it good, but I guess you could always drop them a line or give them a call if you are concerned.

I'd have to go with Hem'n' Ken.
The 42 just looks better and hangs better when open... the 44 is getting that "bell" look.
Not to say that the jacket isn't really nice in 44 as well :)
So, I'd stick with the 42

Nope, they’re TOTALLY in the wrong for use of the word “EXACTLY”… Exactly! :) I am just trying to figure out, if it is ignorance, incompetence or malevolence on Herrington's part. Well, I it is probably not polite, but since I believe in "in dubio pro reo", I'd go with ignorance - so, the...

Well, yupp, it's a 50 bucks hat... but the guys' marketing sounds like it's the penultimate Indy hat. (THE EXACT SAME :) ) So, I feel, that those two details may be slightly out of sync. While this doesn't cause too much of an emotional stir for me, I think it is desireable for the company to correc...

Well, if I remember correctly, my -unfortunately now stolen - Avirex lambskin Varsity Jacket had a label inside, that warned of exactly the effect described. Hi! After lurking for quite some time here, I decided to join up and this is my first post. Well, first of all: Hi everybody!
