One of the few to have seen an actual screen-used David Morgan in person, Sergei’s whip knowledge and skills were always impressive, and an asset to IndyGear.

Sergei was also a member of the Wild West Arts Club and the Australian Plaiters & Whipmakers Association. Always willing to share knowledge, and a cigar or two, he taught the fine art of whip cracking at various IndyGear gatherings. Helping out behind the scenes, as well as in front of all the gear heads, Sergei’s contributions to this site are still greatly appreciated.

Sadly, Sergei passed in January 2009. While he is missed, his contributions to this site and friendships garnered through his work here and in this hobby will not be forgotten. We thought it fitting to share Sergei’s signature line from our forums:
