Recently I found a new brand, called Crush or Retro, apparently a Chinese one. They offer a wide range of shoes, but the most interesting model for us is probably their Men's Moc Toe Country Boots.

The boots look very promising, the sole is right, they are GYW, and they cost 239 ($ made with local leather) or 349 $ (for Horween leather option). There is hard to find anything about Crush on retro, except maybe two or three reviews in Reddit and some Youtube video.
