Boot sizing help

Post by IndyJames98 »

I wear a size 13 in athletic shoes, and a size 12 in most boots, what size would y'all recommend for the Wested boots? Thanks.

Also curious about the boots' sizing... I wanted to get a pair a while back and asked Wested for support directly. They only answered I can choose the size in the drop down menu... #-o

This is EXACTLY what keeps me from purchasing footwear online and especially Indy footwear for fear of the sizing being all wrong! :?

My two cents. Find a shoe store that sell orthopedic shoes. Get sized by them. Then you’ll have a better chance of buying the right size. And nothing personal on Wested or Magnoli, but buying a shoe from overseas is taking a chance. It don’t fit, now YOU have to pay to send it back.

Get sized correctly.
Save the $$
And buy Alden 405
And now you have the boot.

I’ll get off my box.

Getting sized correctly is the one chance I have, I guess... Alden's are worth more than four times my country's minimum wage... :shock:

I know this is a little off-topic, but today I wore my second-hand 405's out, and I was wondering if anyone could tell me what the interior means. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

To decode the numbers inside the shoes (and for lots of other great Alden FAQs), you might want to check out: https://www.styleforum.net/ams/the-defi ... ar.124334/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Scroll about half way down or Ctrl+F and search for “decoding the numbers inside Aldens”
