It was the best of times....in a sense....?
It's a great time to pick up a leather jacket for next to little. Do a search on ebay, etc., for Gibson & Barnes, or other maker, A-2, etc., and you can pick up a quality leather jacket for not much. Several years ago, airline companies subtly or not no subtly began to change their pilot's attire to lighter weight, cloth fabric similar to suit coats, etc., but for the leather jacket fan, it represents a great opportunity to get what you want for next to nothing...
