Cap toe Boot close enoughs

I wanted to get everyone's opinion on some boot alternatives/close enoughs, in the same vein as Indy, but instead of having a mock toe, having a cap toe (which I prefer the look of).
In my searches I've discovered a couple of great looking boots, but I wanted to read what you guys think of them. If you have any experience with any of the companies, I'd love to know what your verdict is.

The first is the Bed:Stu. I like it because it's full grain veg tanned leather.

The second is an Eastland boot: The High Fidelity. This looks like a great dress boot, but I don't know the kind of leather that is used.

The third is a Service Shoe Type II from Atthefront.com. If ever I get into WW2 reenacting, or I make a Captain America costume, these would already be in my wardrobe. I don't like that I don't know what kind of Chrome was used in the tanning process.

Fourth is the Red Wing Iron Ranger boot. Apart from some mixed reviews, and it's expensive price tag, I think they look great and would last a life time. They are expensive though.

The final option I found are full grain boots by Guide Gear. The Keltie is removable, but I'm not a big fan of the pentagon shaped grommets and the suede tongue.

What are your thoughts? If anyone else has discovered Indy boots with a cap-toe, I'd love to see what you guys found! Any advice is always appreciated. Thanks everyone!

I have the Red Wing Iron Rangers and they are AWESOME. Most of my Indy gear now is what I think the REAL Indy would have worn. In my mind these are the boots.

The Iron Ranger boots are well worth the money. I wear mine every day. I actually like them better than the aldens.
I have had mine for at least 2 years. I'll try to post pics of them later. Super tough.
Unlined on the inside, but that's ok for me.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I'd love to hear how about durability of your boots, whether Katahdin, or the Iron Rangers. I can't help but fall in love with the Iron Rangers, and I realize that if I buy quality (Full Grain, Goodyear Welt...), I only cry once (compared to twice, when I buy something kind of expensive, and then it breaks later).

Canasta, I'd love to see pictures of your two year old pair.

when youre buying leather boots and expect them to work hard I have two rules....one, not made in china & two, quality soles.

I only saw two shoes with quality soles from the ones you posted. Stitching should actually enter from the top and pierce the bottom, that'll keep in tight with age and heel should be nailed in, not glued. Run from materials that look like rubber and glue!

IMO - The RedWings are going to be the best investment because even though they cost twice as much, they'll last about 3 times longer than any of the others.

Generally, I refuse to buy any leather boot in the $100 range...no leather boot is worth it's weight in that price range....
