Advintage Fedora

Post by darthbish »

Hi there,
I put an order into Advintage Fedora on the weekend and recieved what looked like an automated response. Since then I've sent 2 emails asking to confirm whether they've received my international bank transfer yet, but have had no reponse.
Does anyone know if they still operate??....Or if they're contactable via 'here' through any members??

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Thanks

Hi darthbish,

I just ordered a hat from them last month and had excellent contacts with them, very quick to respond, also paid with bank transfer, took a few days for the payment to get through though.
Try this adress: service@advintagefedora.de

I also know that Thomas is a member here under the section vendor but they are hardly talked about here on COW, more on the German forum I presume.
There's also this phone number you can try: Tel: +49 209 31202 (taken from their contact details)
I'm sure they're operating at the moment, as I received my hat a few weeks ago. Maybe they're just closed for a few days...
Thomas will get back to you, I am sure of it.

Hope this helps, anyway I know you will not be dissapointed with their Fedoras, they are of great quality :H:

Best regards :TOH:

I agree with j2m.
I've purchased two fedoras from them before, and great service all the time!
I think Thomas has been a bit busy lately, but a friend of mine recently recieved his hat, so I'm sure he'll get back to you soon.

Honestly.....it was a quick 'dirty' decision..
Had no real intention of buying a hat, just visiting the website...
When I saw how many Euro a Christys was, and the exchange rate with the Aussie dollar is good at the moment. I pulled the trigger on an Adventurer.

It's the weekend i guess... :-k
If you do not hear anything in the next 2-3 days try ringing them up maybe.
If the payment has been made you will receive your hat, I'm sure about that!
