Hello Folks,
What do you think of these?
Here are my fedoras, I have made the all of them exept the last one.
As you can see, this is my Indy Fed (with a todd's ribbon).
My moonstone hat
The red/brown hat
I have to fishish this carbon grey fed.
(brush the felt, finish the bow and bashing)
To finish, my akubra Federation III
Regards,
Nicolas
My self made fedoras and my akubra, any comment?

Yep! Hat making is REALY funny! Yeah funny and easy (and CHEAP), I should say.
I buy my capelines at a hatter's which is located 5 minutes from my place "L'atelier des chapeaux" ! I am a luck guy!
And buy the ribbon in Paris in a shop named "Ultramod" they have a lot of various colours and size.
Regards,
Nico

Well, I thought that some of you could have been interested by hat making.
No comment about the colours? Shape? Price? time to do the whole thing?

I especially LOVE both the Indy Fed and the Moonstone, Nico...
Beautiful hats!
(And those "tear-drop" tops give then a really nice, really unique look.)
Also, I've got to say that the Moonstone with the ribbon that matches so well gives THAT hat in particular a very "classy" look.
I'm glad you're enjoying making these hat's... you certainly seem very good at it!
I must remember to ask you your hat size sometime... if it turns out we're the same size and you get in the mood to share one of your hats, I could offer to wear one of your handsome lids for a while... if it will help you out!
Again, REALLY GOOD work!
All the Best,
Fox

Nice hats! Yeah man, making hats is awesome. It's hard work, but it's really enjoyable.
You might consider getting some really fine sandpaper and pouncing the hats a tad more. They're pretty fuzzy. Everything else looks great.

It's hard to comment on thase hats because of the top bash. Can you put a Raiders crease in the top of one and post front and side pics? They look well made... Do you care to talk about the block shape?
